Location: Home-office based, with frequent travelling to customers and monthly visits to HQ (near Stuttgart)

Job Description:
We are seeking a young, dynamic, and driven Regional Sales Manager to take charge of sales activities across Northern and Eastern Germany. This is a strategic hire to strengthen our field presence and drive growth in a highly competitive market. Ideal candidates will come with relevant industry experience (preferably buses/coaches) and a strong sales portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement: Maintain and grow strong client relationships through regular on-site visits and proactive engagement.
  2. Sales Development: Implement tailored sales strategies aligned with regional market dynamics and corporate objectives.
  3. Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor trends, competitor activity, and client needs in the bus & coach sector to anticipate opportunities.
  4. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales objectives, expanding market share and driving revenue.
  5. Communication & Coordination: Act as the primary link between the company and customers, ensuring transparency and responsiveness.
  6. Reporting: Deliver structured reporting on sales progress, market shifts, and client feedback to senior management.
  7. Regional Agility: Be flexible in adapting strategies and priorities based on evolving business needs and opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Proven automotive sales experience, ideally in the bus, coach, or wider commercial vehicle industry.
  2. Existing portfolio of customers or strong market connections is a plus.
  3. Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with a growth mindset.
  4. Skilled in communication, relationship management, and negotiation.
  5. Comfortable working autonomously from a home office, with monthly travel to HQ near Stuttgart.
  6. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
