Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Information Security Team Lead to oversee the organization’s security operations, compliance, and infrastructure risk management. This role is vital in safeguarding sensitive data, maintaining regulatory compliance, and leading a small but critical in-house security team.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage the company’s security monitoring systems
- Conduct infrastructure security assessments and implement improvements
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and cyber threats
- Ensure compliance with information security regulations (e.g., ISMS, ISMS-P)
- Lead the internal information security team and manage workflows
- Liaise with relevant departments to support business continuity and risk mitigation
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Security or a related field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in information security
- Strong experience with operating and managing security systems/solutions
- Proven capabilities in incident detection, analysis, and response
- Knowledge of ISMS / ISMS-P frameworks and certification processes
- Prior experience leading or managing a technical team
- Ability to leverage AI tools for enhanced threat analysis or automation
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH)
- Experience in the e-commerce or online services sector
- Familiarity with cloud security architecture and DevSecOps practices
- Hands-on experience with ISMS/ISMS-P audits and renewal processes
