Position Summary:
We are seeking a Regional Technical Sales Manager to oversee B2B sales across Poland, with responsibility for both industrial and automotive clients. This is a fully remote, field-based role ideal for a dynamic hunter-type sales professional eager to develop new business opportunities and deliver technical value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business development across Poland, focusing on new client acquisition (majority hunting, minority farming)
  2. Deliver technical product presentations, consultations, and customer support
  3. Maintain strong relationships with industrial and automotive stakeholders
  4. Coordinate offers, pricing, and project requirements with internal teams
  5. Conduct client visits and represent the company at industry events and trade shows
  6. Document pipeline activity, customer interactions, and market trends

Candidate Profile:

  1. Languages: Fluent Polish and English
  2. Location: Open within Poland; must be willing to travel extensively
  3. Proven track record in B2B technical sales (industrial or automotive sectors preferred)
  4. Demonstrated ability to identify and win new business
  5. A motivated, independent hunter profile with strong customer orientation
  6. Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude
  7. Comfort with technical products or industrial components is a strong plus
