A leading global electronics company is seeking a strategic and data-driven Digital Commerce Strategy Manager to join its Digital Commerce Strategy Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance marketing strategies in collaboration with key global and local digital partners to drive online business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies for top global and regional e-commerce accounts.
  2. Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor performance to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  3. Align and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Data Analytics.
  4. Manage KPIs such as ROAS, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and campaign performance.
  5. Continuously test, analyze, and optimize digital marketing initiatives to improve results.
  6. Partner with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Mercado Libre, Shopee, Lazada, Best Buy, Verizon) to drive joint business initiatives.

About the Team:

The Digital Commerce Strategy Group is responsible for leading the company’s global online sales efforts through strategic partnerships, targeted advertising, and digital promotions. The team focuses on both short-term sales performance and long-term growth through joint business planning with leading e-commerce platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, preferably in tech or e-commerce.
  3. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data tools to extract business insights.
  4. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  5. Fluency in Korean and English required; additional languages a plus.
  6. Prior experience with major global or domestic e-commerce companies preferred.
