As part of its ongoing growth in North America, the company is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Associate to join its US operations based near Chicago, Illinois.

This role is crucial for supporting monthly financial processes, remittance tasks, and various accounting functions within a fast-paced logistics business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist with monthly closing of forwarding-related transactions
2. Handle remittance procedures and perform deposit slip analysis
3. Prepare accounting records and support reconciliation processes
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting
5. Perform general administrative and financial tasks as assigned

Required Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
5. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. (Visa support not provided)

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with accounting software/systems
2. Korean language proficiency (preferred, not mandatory)
3. Previous experience in the logistics, freight, or service industry
