What You’ll Do
- Reply to comments and send/reply to messages of our applicants on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and job boards (Jobstreet, Kalibrr, etc.)
- Answer their questions quickly, clearly, and with a virtual smile
- Keep every chat warm, professional, and privacy-focused
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all applicant details—no sharing or mentioning outside our team
- Follow our simple social media rules

Who You Are
- Comfortable chatting and writing on social media
- Patient, detail-oriented, and always polite
- A privacy champion who respects and protects candidate data
- Efficient with Google Chrome, Drive, Sheets, Docs, and Chat
- Happy to follow clear guidelines and style rules
- Bonus points if you’ve done customer support, recruiting, or social media before
