Key Responsibilities
- Oversee customs and foreign exchange compliance
- Review import/export requirements and product classifications
- Track and manage import-related cost data and documentation
- Prepare and manage customs declarations and associated expense records
- Coordinate export operations from the Vietnam subsidiary (finished goods, raw materials, consumables, spare parts)
- Support broader global trade and logistics functions as needed
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in international trade, import/export, and customs clearance
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience in multinational manufacturing or electronics companies
