A publicly listed South Korean software and IT solutions company is seeking a dynamic and experienced executive to establish and lead its new U.S.-based healthcare subsidiary. The company specializes in enterprise software development and digital solutions, with a strong foundation in innovation and international growth.

Role Overview:

The Managing Director will be responsible for launching and scaling the U.S. operations, with a focus on the healthcare technology sector. The role involves strategic leadership, business development, operational management, and alignment with the global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the setup and management of the U.S. healthcare subsidiary
2. Define and execute market entry and growth strategy in the U.S. healthcare sector
3. Build strong relationships with local healthcare institutions, partners, and stakeholders
4. Manage all aspects of operations, including budgeting, compliance, and team leadership
5. Act as the key liaison between U.S. operations and South Korean headquarters
6. Represent the company externally as a trusted leader in the U.S. market

Candidate Profile:

1. Minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector
2. Proven track record in business leadership, preferably within U.S. healthcare
3. Strategic thinker with strong execution and organizational leadership
4. Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a proactive mindset

Compensation & Terms:

1. Annual base salary: approx. USD 150,000, but negotiable
2. Initial 1-year contract, renewable based on performance
