A publicly listed South Korean software and IT solutions company is seeking a dynamic and experienced executive to establish and lead its new U.S.-based healthcare subsidiary. The company specializes in enterprise software development and digital solutions, with a strong foundation in innovation and international growth.
Role Overview:
The Managing Director will be responsible for launching and scaling the U.S. operations, with a focus on the healthcare technology sector. The role involves strategic leadership, business development, operational management, and alignment with the global headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the setup and management of the U.S. healthcare subsidiary
- Define and execute market entry and growth strategy in the U.S. healthcare sector
- Build strong relationships with local healthcare institutions, partners, and stakeholders
- Manage all aspects of operations, including budgeting, compliance, and team leadership
- Act as the key liaison between U.S. operations and South Korean headquarters
- Represent the company externally as a trusted leader in the U.S. market
Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the healthcare sector
- Proven track record in business leadership, preferably within U.S. healthcare
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and organizational leadership
- Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a proactive mindset
Compensation & Terms:
- Annual base salary: approx. USD 150,000, but negotiable
- Initial 1-year contract, renewable based on performance
