Position Overview:
As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities within the manufacturing sector. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on expanding our customer base and delivering tailored fastening solutions and logistics services to industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and visit manufacturing companies within the assigned territory
- Expand the client portfolio and gather market intelligence
- Assess customer needs and promote targeted fastening and indirect product solutions
- Offer value-added logistics and service concepts tailored to client operations
- Prepare and deliver proposals and presentations to clients
What We’re Looking For:
- Several years of direct B2B sales experience, ideally in industrial/technical fields
- Strong sales drive and a natural ability to build relationships
- Results-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- High level of autonomy, excellent communication, and negotiation skills
- Valid B-category driving license with regular driving experience
- Comfortable working independently from a home-office setup
