Company: A KOSDAQ-listed, export-driven manufacturer specializing in analog semiconductors and non-memory integrated circuits.
Salary: Approximately KRW 250,000,000 gross annually

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage global sales operations across multiple international regions.
  2. Drive direct international sales of semiconductor, electronics, or automotive components.
  3. Conduct hands-on overseas business development, including market entry and client acquisition.
  4. Define and execute sales strategy, growth targets, and new business initiatives.
  5. Act as executive-level point of contact for major clients and international partners.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Executive experience at the EVP or SVP level in a relevant industry (semiconductor, electronics, automotive, IT, etc.).
  2. Proven success in international sales, particularly with hands-on, front-line involvement.
  3. Background in both large corporates and mid-sized enterprises strongly preferred.
  4. Demonstrated ability to independently build and grow overseas client relationships.
