Business Development Manager – Bus Importer (Budapest, Hungary)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales of new and used buses (primarily premium European brands): Understanding customer needs, preparing tailored offers, managing orders, and concluding contracts.
  2. New business acquisition and account management: Actively identify new sales opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and conduct regular customer visits across Hungary.
  3. Sales process administration: Prepare and track offers, contracts, and purchase orders. Compile documentation for internal approval and maintain clear customer communication throughout the process.
  4. Vehicle handover management: Coordinate the full delivery process including final vehicle readiness, logistics, documentation, and in-depth customer briefing.
  5. CRM and reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales documentation. Utilize internal systems for daily reporting.
  6. Industry engagement: Attend internal and external training sessions, trade fairs, and professional events to stay updated and build network visibility.

Requirements:

  1. Experience in a similar sales role (bus or commercial vehicle sales preferred)
  2. Confident user of standard IT tools and CRM systems
  3. Proficient in Hungarian + English or German (both written and spoken)
  4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  5. Negotiation and persuasion skills, precision, and attention to detail
  6. Valid driving license and willingness to travel
