Key Responsibilities:
- Sales of new and used buses (primarily premium European brands): Understanding customer needs, preparing tailored offers, managing orders, and concluding contracts.
- New business acquisition and account management: Actively identify new sales opportunities, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and conduct regular customer visits across Hungary.
- Sales process administration: Prepare and track offers, contracts, and purchase orders. Compile documentation for internal approval and maintain clear customer communication throughout the process.
- Vehicle handover management: Coordinate the full delivery process including final vehicle readiness, logistics, documentation, and in-depth customer briefing.
- CRM and reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales documentation. Utilize internal systems for daily reporting.
- Industry engagement: Attend internal and external training sessions, trade fairs, and professional events to stay updated and build network visibility.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar sales role (bus or commercial vehicle sales preferred)
- Confident user of standard IT tools and CRM systems
- Proficient in Hungarian + English or German (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Negotiation and persuasion skills, precision, and attention to detail
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel
