About the Role
An international consumer electronics brand is seeking an experienced eCommerce & Strategy Manager to join their MENA Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team in Dubai. This strategic role will be central to driving eStore performance across multiple markets in the region, overseeing sales analysis, forecasting, and supply chain optimization.
You’ll work closely with regional and global teams to support D2C business growth by identifying operational gaps, analyzing data trends, and developing actionable strategies that enhance customer experience and increase online sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Consolidate and analyze regional sales trends, producing clear performance dashboards
- Monitor and manage sales forecasts, identifying and escalating data quality issues
- Drive insights through KPI analysis to inform supply chain and demand planning
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align global strategy with local execution
- Lead strategic initiatives (e.g., CX/UX, payment solutions, channel optimization)
- Conduct competitor analysis and identify market opportunities and risks
- Recommend improvements to eCommerce conversion, category strategy, and customer retention
- Build and maintain infrastructure to support D2C operations in local markets
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in eCommerce, strategy, or related fields
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or MBA preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (macros, functions, automation)
- Strong data interpretation and performance reporting skills
- Familiarity with D2C operations including supply chain, P&L, digital sales, and CX
- Native Korean + Fluent English
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Effective stakeholder management in matrix organizations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
- High attention to detail and ownership mentality
Additional Information
- Travel may be required across MENA markets
- Work environment: Office-based with occasional market visits
- Preference will be given to candidates with global eCommerce brand experience
