Job Title: Warehouse Manager
Location: Euless, Texas, USA (Dallas–Fort Worth Metro Area)
Employment Type: Full-time, Local Hire (No visa sponsorship)
Salary: Approx. USD 80,000 annually (base only; additional benefits such as insurance, paid leave, and employer taxes apply)

Position Summary
A leading global logistics company is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at its Texas facility. As part of the company’s North American expansion, this role offers an opportunity to take ownership of site-level execution, drive efficiency, and manage a growing team. The ideal candidate is physically capable, operationally strong, and experienced in warehouse management and international logistics compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and outbound shipping
- Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote safety, accuracy, and performance
- Maintain optimal inventory accuracy and implement stock control processes
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to meet delivery targets
- Improve warehouse layout, space utilization, and process flow for operational efficiency
- Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards
- Manage FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) operations and associated documentation/compliance
- Handle customer escalations related to delivery issues or discrepancies
- Support AR/AP processes and assist with monthly closings in coordination with finance
- Track KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights
- Develop and update SOPs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including staff supervision
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with import/export, cargo tracking, and international logistics
- Strong understanding of FTZ regulations, U.S. customs procedures, and HTS codes
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to Euless, TX
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
