Warehouse Manager – Global Logistics (TX, USA)

Employment Type: Full-time, Local Hire (No visa sponsorship)
Salary: Approx. USD 80,000 annually (base only; additional benefits such as insurance, paid leave, and employer taxes apply)
Reports To: Regional Operations Director

Position Summary

A leading global logistics company is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Manager to lead operations at its Texas facility. As part of the company’s North American expansion, this role offers an opportunity to take ownership of site-level execution, drive efficiency, and manage a growing team. The ideal candidate is physically capable, operationally strong, and experienced in warehouse management and international logistics compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Oversee all daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory, and outbound shipping
  2. Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff to promote safety, accuracy, and performance
  3. Maintain optimal inventory accuracy and implement stock control processes
  4. Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to meet delivery targets
  5. Improve warehouse layout, space utilization, and process flow for operational efficiency
  6. Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards
  7. Manage FTZ (Foreign Trade Zone) operations and associated documentation/compliance
  8. Handle customer escalations related to delivery issues or discrepancies
  9. Support AR/AP processes and assist with monthly closings in coordination with finance
  10. Track KPIs, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights
  11. Develop and update SOPs and ensure compliance with company and regulatory policies

Required Qualifications

  1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in warehouse or logistics operations, including staff supervision
  2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with import/export, cargo tracking, and international logistics
  3. Strong understanding of FTZ regulations, U.S. customs procedures, and HTS codes
  4. Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems
  5. Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and able to commute to Euless, TX
  6. Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
